You know what? I'm glad you're not going to a comic convension, because that gives you more time to actually write your comic (and do other stuff with your life).
I see a lot of online comic writers who spend more time at convensions than they do actually writing comics. Just look at SNAFU and VG Cats, they NEVER update anymore, and all they ever talk about are their comic con scheduals!
